Welcome to Recovery Fusion Class 6 – Senior Level, guided by Jenna Roberts. This session restores connection and alignment after training, working through core engagement, posterior chain recovery, and hip mobility.
Fusion Warm-up reactivates the hamstrings, core, glutes, and foot while restoring pelvic stability through a progressive sequence. Adage Alignment builds on this by working through hip mobility and leg control alongside posterior chain and back activation, reinforcing adductor engagement and external rotation throughout. Upper Body Flow then addresses the posterior chain and upper back through coordinated work that incorporates chest opening. Final Stretch closes the class, releasing through the hamstrings and calves while working through hip mobility, leg control, and hip flexor stretching.
Tips:
• During Adage Alignment, encourage length through the working leg as it lowers — control through the full range, not just at the top.
• Cue students to keep the back of the neck long during Upper Body Flow to avoid compressing the cervical spine as the chest lifts.
• In Final Stretch, encourage students to focus on the feeling of elongation rather than the height of the extension — working within their range is what allows the release to happen genuinely.
