Welcome to Recovery Fusion Class 5 – Senior Level, guided by Jenna Roberts. This session restores stability, coordination, and body awareness through a sequence that moves from standing work toward full release on the floor.
The class opens with Fusion Weight Transfer, restoring ankle and foot stability alongside calf activation, adductor engagement, abdominal engagement, and pelvic control — working through both parallel and turnout to rebalance the lower body after training. Tombé Weight Distribution follows, recovering coordination and proprioception through controlled weight transfer. Release Restore Renew then addresses posterior chain activation, spinal mobility, oblique and lateral body engagement, and adductor stretching. The class ends with Helicopter Flow, working through hip mobility and flexibility while maintaining pelvic stability and transverse abdominis activation throughout.
Tips:
• Cue students to feel stable and connected through the core before initiating the weight transfer in Fusion Weight Transfer — the pelvis should remain level throughout.
• In Release Restore Renew, encourage students to initiate the spinal extension from the back muscles rather than relying on the arms.
• Helicopter Flow is about quality over range — remind students to work within their own range and keep the pelvis level throughout.
