PBT is a unique approach that cultivates muscle memory, enhancing the effectiveness of ballet training. During the workshop, you'll gain insights into seamlessly incorporating the PBT Program into your teaching curriculum. By the end of the program, you will not only have received comprehensive training and valuable typed notes but also earned certification in PBT Level 1. Bev will guide you through the intricate stages of student development, providing guidance on when and how to introduce and advance exercises as your students grow stronger. You will gain a profound understanding of the progression of students as they advance in ballet training, complete with insights into the content of combinations. In this workshop, you'll gain a deep understanding of the "how" and "why" behind each PBT exercise, and how these exercises contribute to the enrichment of ballet training and other dance forms.
