Steps:
1. Students are positionedwith an exercise ball against a wall and a fusion ball under the sacrum for support.
2. Laying on a mat with their legs extended over the fit ball in a parallel position with their feet fully stretched (fusion ball underneath).
3. They lift each leg, one at a time in a skipping motion, focusing on the bend of the knee and thigh alignment.
