This senior-level mobility class blends active flexibility with dynamic strength and control. Each sequence is designed to improve mobility in the hips, spine, and legs while reinforcing deep core engagement and balance through grounded transitions. The mini loop band provides resistance and proprioceptive feedback to support alignment and enhance control.
The session opens with Bridge and Extend, a dynamic core-focused warm-up that challenges hip flexors, gluteals, and pelvic stability. Grounded Stretch Sequence encourages students to explore adductor and spinal mobility while releasing upper-body tension.
Stretching into Stillness develops thoracic rotation, scapular stability, and active lengthening of the posterior chain. The class concludes with Release, Stretch & Balance—a full-body integration task that reinforces strength, elongation, and alignment through controlled transitions and dynamic balance.
This session is ideal for post-training recovery or as part of a mobility-focused conditioning block.
