Class 7 takes the foundation from Class 6 and introduces some exciting new exercises. It's really important to repeat the previous class at least twice, or until your students feel confident, before diving into this one. The video itself is 36 minutes long, but plan for about 45-50 minutes to allow for repetition as needed.
This class kicks off with a fresh warm-up called the "Spine & Hip Flexor Warm-Up." Properly engaging the hip flexors is key to maintaining lower back stability, making this an essential start. Next up is "Controlled Hip & Glute Conditioning." Once they've mastered that, students will move on to "Port de Bras Stability Extension." Building on their skills, they'll enhance the Dolphin exercise with "Temps de Poisson Activation." To really challenge their core strength, they'll tackle the "Advanced Pike." Finally, we wrap things up with a soothing "Fusion Ball Warm Down."
