Kristy Boyle Erdely is the former Dance and Fitness Programs Manager for the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School and current part time faculty member. The Pittsburgh native started taking dance classes at the age of 3 and has not stopped moving since. Upon graduation from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science along with a minor in Dance, she has found ways to combine her passion for dance in the fitness industry through teaching classes and conducting personal training sessions. She is an Exercise Physiologist (EP) through the American College of Sports Medicine, an EXOS-certified Performance Specialist (XPS), a certified Pilates Mat instructor through PHI, and hold a certificate in Progressing Ballet Technique. Kristy completed her comprehensive teacher training with Harmony Pilates studio and is currently accepting new private and semi private clients on the Pilates equipment. Kristy specializes in teaching Pilates Mat, Barre, TRX, and Conditioning for Dancers. Kristy is excited to show the Pittsburgh Community how they can train like a dancer, and have a blast while exercising!
