My name is Celia Foster, I am a professional dancer currently based at a contemporary dance company in Famalicão, Portugal. I grew up in England and moved to Portugal in 2021. I completed my Professional Dance Diploma in ballet and contemporary in 2019. In addition I completed my teaching qualification and I have been teaching dance classes in Portugal since 2023, I currently teach at 2 dance schools and my dance company.
I love to use my knowledge of dance to help students learn and progress their abilities. I feel that PBT is an incredible method to help students develop their technique and strength alongside their dance training or professional practice. I teach classes in both English and Portuguese.
