Biography

Movement teacher with a classical-academic background and a technical-scientific approach to dance. Graduated from the School of Dance of the Teatro dell’Opera di Rome, she integrates Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), GYROTONIC®, classical ballet, Pilates, and related functional training methodologies to develop strength, control, coordination, and body awareness, in full respect of anatomy and physiology. She works with students, adults, and movement professionals through progressive and individualized programs.
