In Focus Class 4 – Junior Level: Feet & Allegro, guided by Melissa McCabe, the focus is on building the strength, alignment, and coordination necessary for clean, dynamic allegro work. Special attention is given to the feet and ankles, targeting both alignment and strength to prepare for safe and efficient jumping technique.
Key exercises include Soleus Conditioning – Level 1, which targets a crucial muscle group for jump preparation and landing support. In addition, exercises like Allegro with Articulation will work the supporting leg to improve suspension in the air during jumps.
The class will finish with a short warm-down to reset the body and ensure muscles recover properly. This class is designed to strengthen and activate everything from the ground up!
