Tips: 

The student commences sitting on the centre of their fit ball with their spine elongated. If they have their posture engaged it will enhance the shape and coordination of any port de bras. Feel free to vary your combinations that relate to your ballet class plans.

It is important at a young age to encourage breathing of the arms and head without any tension in the variety of port de bras, this can only achieved if the core is engaged throughout.throughout.

Ideally once a week with supervision and when the student is confident to practice also once a week at home is encouraged.
