I introduced CDA vocational students to the beginner and later the senior levels of PBT once a week instead of barre and I have found it particularly useful in developing their muscle activation and ability to ditinguish which muscle/s should be working to grow in strength and ability. After numerous attempts to attend an overseas course I was able to attend one in Johannesburg offered by Robyn Segel Shrifen and found it very useful to be able to ask questions that had come up and to learn the advanced level which I hope to introduce in 2017. The younger students have shown a great amunt of curiosity and I am looking forward to intruducing them to correct use of muscle groups in alignment before bad habits get formed!
