Welcome to Recovery Fusion Class 1— Senior Level, guided by Jenna Roberts. This opening session uses the fusion ball to support post-training recovery, helping students restore balance and body awareness through gentle, intentional movement.

The class moves through Bridge & Extend, targeting spinal articulation and adductor engagement, before progressing to Upper Body Fusion Boost, which places greater demand on the obliques and lateral line through a sequence that challenges core stability and side-body control. Gentle Hip Unwind follows, working through hip joint mobility while maintaining alignment and pelvic stability. The session closes with Devant Stretch, using the fusion ball to provide sacral support and allow a fuller release through the posterior chain and iliopsoas.

The overall sequencing supports accumulated fatigue by moving from deeper muscular engagement toward passive decompression, making it a useful tool at the end of a high-demand training day.

Tips:

• Encourage students to approach this class with attention rather than effort — the goal is awareness and release, not output.

• In Bridge & Extend, ensure the pelvis stays level when one leg extends to avoid compensations through the lower back.

• In Gentle Hip Unwind, cue students to keep the hips stacked and stable — the pelvis shouldn't shift as the leg moves.

• In Devant Stretch, the fusion ball under the sacrum should feel supportive, not uncomfortable — adjust inflation if needed.
