Welcome to Recovery Fusion Class 1, guided by Emily Seymour.
This first session in a series is designed to help students recover after a day of classes or rehearsals, using the fusion ball to increase awareness of their body. The class focuses on gentle spinal articulation, engagement of the deep abdominals, and activation of the hips, glutes, and side body. Students move in ways that release tension, improve alignment, and support mindful, controlled recovery.
Tips:
• Encourage students to treat recovery as a key part of their training routine.
• Highlight the importance of moving with awareness, using breath and gentle spinal articulation.
• Use the fusion ball to guide alignment and side-body engagement safely and effectively.
