I am a teacher and creator of all kinds of movement. PBT Certification is just another qualification to add to my list as a ballet teacher, 200hr Kripalu Yoga Instructor and 300hr Noah Maze Yoga Instructor among others. I have been teaching and learning about body mechanics for many years, and would love to work with you to develop better technique through intelligent cross-training like PBT. I teach mostly virtual classes, but if you are local to the Boston/Providence area and would like an in-person workshop, please reach out via email.
