I am currently in my first season of using the PBT program. I began with the Jr syllabus in all of my classes and then made small progressions into the higher levels with my more advanced students. As this is our first season using the program we are supplementing our current technique classes with the exercises. I am seeing great improvement in my dancers, as they learn to truly feel their muscles, and have a greater understanding of how their body works.
