FAQs

What is Progressing Ballet Technique?

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet. You can find out more about it here.

How long is the free trial?

When you sign up it is free for 30 days so you can see if it is for you before paying anything. You can cancel anytime, there is no commitment.

I already have purchased a DVD or Download, is it worth also signing up?

I would advise once you have gone through everything on the DVD / Download, then you look at the online training for the extension exercises and potentially looking at the different programs. The Junior, Senior and Advanced program is available in the members area as well as a few new programs such as safe stretching and correcting faults.
