Bosu stretch for derrière
Using the bosu during stretching enhances the lift through the supporting side during each extension. Always check that your shoulders remain equal during each extension. Breathe out through the mouth during the fondu and inhale through the nose on each extension. This exercise should only be performed when you are warm preferably at the end of their ballet or PBT class. You should monitor each stretch slowly and never force beyond. After this exercise you should curl your lumbar spine the release any tension before repeating with the alternate leg.
